William Buk a.k.a The Gangster Yogi
I found the practice of yoga during the pandemic as a last resort to help with my lower back injury (3 herniated discs). Not only did I see positive results in a timely fashion but I fell in love with the practice as a whole. Getting the relief I was looking for was life changing for me and allowed me to live a higher quality of life with much more gratitude. I’ve since stayed very active with my practice and noticed the mental wonders it was doing for me as well. Naturally I was intrigued and started asking more and more questions about yoga and it’s origins. My teacher took notice to my curiosity and pushed me to take her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training. I had no interest in teaching at the time but was definitely interested in learning more about the practice so I did it. I can honestly say finding Yoga and becoming a teacher has been the most pivotal and important part of my life so far. I’m more motivated than ever to further my practice and become a bad ass yogi who delivers some kick ass classes.
