Yoga Therapy is a multifaceted healing modality that is largely client-lead. We will explore the physical body, work with the breath and energy, notice our thoughts, and notice our noticings.
$65 for one session and $150 for joining all three sessions.
First Session January 14th 3-4:30pm
Second Session January 21st 3-4:30pm
Third Session January 28th 3-4:30pm
Meredith Kramer (RYT-500, Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga) is offering Yoga for Winter in order to help with a smooth transition as the seasons change. She has close to 800 hours of training, and has been practicing yoga since 2000.
Winter in the northeast is cold, dry and windy. How can we warm up, moisturize from the inside out, and find grounding? This three-class series will help us transition with ease and grace to this new season. Each class lasts 90 minutes and will begin with a check-in, and lead into either breath work or mudras, some asana, and end with a guided meditation. Sharing is encouraged but entirely optional. There will be homework to work on in between sessions to get the most benefit from our time together.
Please dress as you would for your regular yoga practice, bring a journal and pen, and something warm to drink. You may wish to consider bringing your favorite non-scented oil or lotion.
