Bhakti Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a challenging class that has smart, creative sequencing. The poses are linked with breath and the sequence builds upon itself. Each class has an intention, threads yogic philosophy, and is meant to elevate you physically and mentally. Come and enjoy a sweaty class with a strong focus on linking breath to asana. Elevate your practice and explore advanced asanas through thoughtful, progressive sequencing that builds throughout the class. We will move through sun salutations, twists, backbends, hip openers, and forward bends. Expect creative transitions and sequencing inspired by mythology. Includes arm balances and inversions. An existing foundation in yoga is recommended.

Bhakti Flow

Our soulful & sweaty signature flow. Expect a cleansing class with playful sequencing and transitions. Mantras and chanting, pranayama, and mudras are included. This is the essence of beBhakti yoga! Wake up your body with a long warm-up sequence merging into sun salutations and a slow flow. These poses, along with guided pranayama will help to slow down and remain curious about the practice.

Bhakti Align & Flow

Bhakti Align & Flow is for those who want to elevate themselves physically and mentally. The focus of this class is how to blend alignment, fluidity, breath work, and strength. Modifications are offered so the class can be aligned for you. It is an Open level class that is also great for beginners. Elements of beBhakti’s toolbox are incorporated.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga harnesses energy without using energy to rejuvenate the body. Take the night to rest midweek. . We use blocks, blankets, eye pillows and bolsters to get you in a comfortable place for your mind to quiet.Take the night to rest midweek and prepare for the colder weather. We use blocks, blankets and more goodies to get you in a comfortable place for your mind to quiet. Restorative yoga harnesses energy without using energy to rejuvenate the body. For a special treat essential oils are used to enhance your experience.

Bhakti Rise

This class focuses on the breath as the foundation of the postures. Through mindful movement and longer-held poses, the body is warmed up and the mind becomes focused. Through an organic building of sequences, the body opens and tension is released from both mind and body. Classes may include sun salutations or moon salutations as a structural basis. Classes are infused with intention and yogic philosophy to fully engage the student mentally and physically.

Slow Flow and Yin Yoga

In contrast to most yoga asana practices, which involve muscular effort, yin yoga uses gentle passive pressure in longer-held seated or lying-down postures to address deeper tissues, such as the extensive, intricate web of fascia which provides support and space for the structures of the body. The intention of yin yoga is to bring awareness to and release physical and energetic restrictions in deeper tissues. In addition to physically complementing yang forms of yoga and other exercise, yin cultivates mental calmness by emphasizing receptivity, softness, and sustained attention.
