Dan Guerra
Dan Guerra, Psy.D. is a psychologist, public speaker, mindfulness instructor, and hatha yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness internationally. He focuses on helping individuals and groups understand the deeper and more subtle elements of their bodies and minds to bring healing, relaxation, and influence over their health and well-being. He draws upon the wisdom of both Eastern and Western approaches to mind-body healing.
