Kat Sabatini

Kat discovered yoga as a way to balance a demanding corporate career. She studied with renowned teacher Alison West in New York City, focusing on alignment yoga and pranayama, and she studied meditation with Megan Mook. As a certified instructor in yoga with ropes and slings, Kat is known to bring a joyful use of props to explore traditional poses. Her approach to yoga focuses on resilience, restoring balance, and releasing tension from daily stress. Kat holds degrees in both art and sustainability which allow her to view yoga through both artistic and structural perspectives. Expect classes to center around alignment (inspired by the Iyengar tradition) and slow, purposeful flows.
